Individual psychotherapy includes a mix of assessment, analysis and solution-focused treatments to help you regain a sense of control over your own life. In my individual practice, I offer talk therapy, mindfulness practices and more specific techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma specific needs or negative thoughts related to adverse life experiences.


Individual psychotherapy has been proven to be useful in treating anxiety, depression, cycles of negativity and addiction, as well as trauma related emotional needs.
